Perhaps the following may help with your understanding of the situation.

My view is PPX has not demonstrated any turn around.

As it stands, PPX balance sheet reveals ordinary holders equity at ~ $0 as they rank behind PXU.

For PXU to give up that ranking they require say 90% and not the 50% on offer.

Using your logic, is it not better for PPX holders to have 10% of something rather than 100% of nothing?
