    Being on the board may assist understanding by both parties and this may assist in change however to effectively drive an agenda you really need to have control of the board.

    In this regard converting 90% of PPX to PXU's would enable PXU's to gain control and expect this is the reason why the current offer to PXUs was less than 50% of PPX.

    Currently PXUPA only
