    An example of a trustee being independent .

    The directors of PPX are now likely to ignore the hybrid holders and cease all correspndance with PXU , and get on with running the business

    In my view PXU is likely to fall back towards $5 or junk bonds now the trustee reccomends a rejection of the 250 for 1 share offer .
