    This has been an interesting case study in shareholder activism ( be it Price's or PIGS) actually having a negative effect on shareholder value.

    All of them scoffed at the 9c PPX and $22.85 PXUPA private equity proposal that was made to Boon and Marchant.

    Those two put up with a lot of stick, but are probably having a little chuckle now.
