The PPX board must be gobsmacked! REJECTED and the RE had the audacity to refer to the terms of the Trust.

Didn’t they read the Chairman’s letter in the Bidders’ Statement? The current board joined AFTER the Trust was put in place. So they surely don’t have to adhere to the terms that someone else agreed. Why can’t the RE and the PXU holders understand this?

I got my driver’s licence after that rule about giving way to your right was agreed – so I ignore that one all the time. No harm done.
