You have no idea what you're talking about. The highly conditional unidentified offer was 9c & $21.85, but that's immaterial as it was incapable of acceptance pursuant to the PDS.
The "offer" equated to a "whole of company" valuation of $116.6 million.
Assuming a PPX VWAP of 8.5c, $116.6 million would really have been $34.80 for each PXUPA and $0.0288 per PPX.
The rest of your assertions are equally invalid.
