Oaftar.....I now think this is where it gets interesting.... The price they are offering IMHO is still not enough for them to gain control of the company.... It would have to be over 10, if not more.....
They have stated that this is their final offer and it will not be raised.... They then have two options - keep their holding and continue to develop the project or they can dump their shares on market.....and I doubt they will be able to sell them all...... So where they go to from here will be interesting.
I still think they will up the offer to try and gain 50% + to be able to force the issue......
