Now under no circumstances vote yes to the freebies that the thieving directors are trying to add to their retirement booty.....my quick reading of this says that the recommendation should say " as we are totally incapable of getting more value for shareholders in a gold bull market, please add to our retirement fund as a reward for our incompetence"
