In today's mail, I received and read my "Target's Statement".
Amusing that suddenly the MCP directors are being proactive about this takeover while they managed to snooze through the decimation of the share price through a certain former CEO's activities. Now that their gravy train is under threat of derailment, they're up in arms telling us what to do.
Memo to Directors: The ONLY reason that Gallin is able to mount this takeover attempt is because the share price of the company has pretty much halved on your watch. Gallin is doing everything right to exploit your dereliction of duty over the previous two years. Refund your director's fees and inform us of the reason of the previous CEO's resignation if you wish to be taken seriously.
Page 26 is exceptionally concerning - just how desperate things are will only be known when 2HFY21 dividends will be be announced.
