Now that there is a valuation Somers would need to raise any bid to the higher end of the range of value to have any chance of securing TGA. I would imagine that would have to be at least 29-30c. A couple of cents will only get a dribble of shares and the costs of throwing such a nuisance offer would make it unlikely. In the meantime I hope some more positive announcements from management will see the share price grind higher based on true trading value. The new online format may prove to be a game changer for this company. Can they bring a long history of understanding their market in a face to face format to those same customers online? If they can this may be a good long haul investment.
