The report told me two things that I did not know. One was that there is a formal valuation from a competent accounting company. The other is that some insiders advocate, don't sell.
If the board, stacked by Somers, advocates that the shares be sold, they might, because of the valuation, open themselves to a class action. I am on very shaky ground here, so I changed "may" to "might" to reflect my uncertainty. At 30c I would sell.
