This appears like BS the target statement doesn't adequately address why the higher NHW offer is not better than the Thiese offer. If they were acting in the shareholders interest they would be playing both parties to up their offer. I don't feel like the board is acting in the shareholders interest instead they appear to be looking after their own personal careers and interest at our expense.
