Went down to my morning cafe to have a coffee & read the Saturday West as usual.
Well got to page ten and there was a full-page letter to shareholders of Norwest Energy from Mineral Resources signed Chris Ellison.
In Bold Headline:
"AN OPEN LETTER TO NORWEST ENERGY SHAREHOLDERS"
"Mineral Resources takeover offer is a unique opportunity for Norwest Energy shareholders to be a part of our future growth."
Blah Blah Blah
The letter goes on all about MinRes and how much of a great opportunity for NWE shareholders this is.
Nothing in the letter that is not in the Bidders Statement.
As usual, all about them, the whole sell is about get on us where the future.
I reckon the buy in is not travelling that well, not the first letter in a newspaper that I've seen of this nature, but I reckon MIN are pulling out all stops.
Hold on guys, we are in this game!
