I can't see any point in bagging CE. His duty is to MIN shareholders and to his business. Can't expect him to be friendly and generous.
The MIN bid is very low-ball and opportunistic .......... and that's exactly what we should have expected.
Up to NWE shareholders to be strong and reject this offer as totally inadequate.
