MR generally have credibility but this unsolicited t/o is a clown show.
They have muddied the waters with a low ball offer that will fail. Any later attempt at a higher price will beggar belief and be subject to strong price counter offers as MR appear to be weak negotiator's.
Best they withdraw the offer and let near term events through to independent reserves announcement run their course.
