Maybe. It's worth noting, however, that as at COB today Wyloo has its foot on 41.85% of SOI. That should now be more than enough to effectively control the company (via Ordinary Resolutions). Wyloo now has enough clout in it's own right to push through any Ordinary Resolution on the basis of total SOI voting participation of 84% or lower (i.e. 41.85% / 50.1%). Given that voting participation rates (on a good day) are usually materially lower than 80%, the current ownership level represents a pretty comfortable margin for the passing of the first milestone (effective control). The next milestone is 50.1% (absolute control), then (say) ~60% (to effectively control the outcome of Special Resolutions).
