This ridiculous offer by Wyloo will fail at the current offer price and will close. I believe a second offer will come 3-6 months after this one is over and will be at a higher price. It's happened to me twice before on other companies I have held many years ago. When you get telephone canvassers ringing shareholders to see what they are going to do usually means they are not getting the take up they wanted.
I also question why the MCR board folded so quickly to this offer without a whisper... I smell a rat and I am sure they will all be well looked after somehow by Wyloo for backing it. I am holding and wont sell unless there is at least another 40 cents added to the current offer price.
