I would appreciate some help here. As i understand the Tolling agreement with BHP expires on 31/12/2025. Also I think that the arsenic becomes part of the waste product at BHP's Kalgoorlie smelter. The fact that BHP has been accepting the ore to me says that the product is acceptable to BHP, but the off spec puts them in an unenviable bargaining position. I suspect that there is no profit for MCR and that's why they are stockpiling.
On wonders if BHP is playing harder because of AF interest? Also one wonders if David Southam was aware of the arsenic spec?
Would appreciate any feedback. I am also watching over the next few weeks before deciding to sell.
