I read that as "we're not telling you because we're doing the dodge & filling our pockets with cash". We get similar responses from government agencies when they're doing dodgy things.

I get the vibe that someone is trying to fleece shareholders.

I've doubled my holdings as I expect a higher offer if the 50% isn't achieved.... and a higher offer depending on how desperate they are to get more than 50%
Nowhere as big a holding as I had back in 2006, but, it's a double of my remaining free carry.
