Gotta laugh at the valuation of a bullzeye share in the target statement, that an "expert" was brought in to do. They value each share between 4c and 9c. Bit surprisingly that emerald along with all of the other shareholders who took up the last two offers, paid 29c per share. And that was BEFORE all the litigation was settled.
One wonders why EMR is paying (based on todays SP) over 60c per share that the expert valued at a max of 9c.
Either makes the "expert" look far from having any expertise, or EMR and its shareholders being taken for a ride
