I'm personally not going to sell in. But do think it will become a much less liquid stock- and there is a possibility that it does get de-listed. Given there is little need to raise capital in the future why stay listed?

I'm curious as to why they used a significant shareholder listing from March 2023 when the annual report (and updated shareholder listing) was published on the ASX at the end of August. I personally think the independent expert hasn't done a very good job, but again, they're tasked with providing a valuation - not a bull or bear case. Up to us as shareholders to form our own views.

For me the most interesting thing is that the two directors are going to be selling their shares. Rade in particular, he's been with ANO for a long time and was always a visionary + has a decent shareholding. The comments indicate he will be selling all of his holding.
