Good to see that the Directors tell us to REJECT the bid.

It looks to me that the Expert didn't really listen to, nor articulate in his report, what the Directors really know about the future prospects of the company. He certainly didn't listen when they would surely have corrected him on the spelling of "confectionery". Yes, for $30K, he didn't even heed his spellcheck. And he got it wrong 10 times!!!

Let's hope the larger shareholders see that they may be foregoing growth in their wealth of 38% to 68% (based on the Expert's range of values ) if they were to accept the offer.
Let's hope they are not distracted by the incompetence of the Expert.
Let's hope they also read of the mouthwatering proposed extraction of extra "Directors Fees" in Keybridge itself as mentioned in its recent half yearly and maintain their oversight over our company.
