Directors - well the independent one was obliged to get report so just doing obligations.

They have control regardless so anyone else IMO is just a minority shareholder and will struggle to extract any return or value .
With no new buyers wanting to enter YOW then IMO it will be hard for minority holders to extract value when they need / want to at any point.
Usual strategy from now on would be to do a cheap raise SPP with cheap attached options only to insto KBC or related to further dilute holders and / or creep on the register along with to lend cash to other related entities etc etc. Lots of ways for them to get fees and move cash around to their advantage as they know what is happening internally unlike small holders.
