Its pretty standard salaries CEO $300k, Executive director $100k....always seems steep when things are slow...im sure other management who coasted the sp from 3.5c to .006 over 5 years were compensated the same...its beside the point and you seem to forget that both NM and PW where holding multi-million dollar holdings at 3.5c...PWs holding almost 10 times his yearly salary...now its under two at an eatimated $500k....NM 35 times his salary now down to 10....so burning 25 years worth of fees to just bank on continuing to receive his salary....not likely.
