Can someone please clarify HTF Lind can convert at .91c and .96c ? When the floor price if 1.2c!
Is it because management is agreeing to it instead of repaying in cash or is it because management can't repay in cash and therefore must pay in shares?
This would suggest that the floor price merely means that it is up to managements discretion to either pay in cash or shares on receipt of a 3B under the floor price, however a transaction must occur regardless.
