    ahhh ok....so $3.6 million left at .009c puts SOI at approx. 2.5 billion and a protracted MC of $23 million.

    They converted 60 million shares plus 10 million collateral from the additional million...has someone asked PW if they are holding those shares or confirm they have been selling?
