Good question....hard to answer definitely because we're really still at the risky end of a valuation (although rapidly de-risking)....step change valuation (and sp) will occur once a major lobs ina bid for our Grandis asset- this will set the floor for Grandis asset "true value" but won't be the ultimate value IMO as we hope (fingers x'd) a multi stage progressive bidding war ensues- or at least multiple bids from our partner if we've given them optionality on it etc,
