This is now a much better position for EXR to prove up some value in the SP and then CR as required. Dilution is inevitable as a small cap but NY is lessening the blow with the progress that's now finally rolling in. If the Mongolian timeline stays true with dewatering we should again have an early 2025 rocket to push the MC higher again on the original prize. Alot to be positive about now the results are falling our way.
