I am not sure that a lot of people truely understand the significance of what has been achieved by Neil and the team.
Look at the company’s website for the research published by Taylor Collison to get a real understanding of what the project is worth. Its a potential multiple of the current share price.
Im sure all the majors are watching with interest, as is probably OMA and Tri-Star.
The game will get very interesting from here. Great pickup of the extra leases in the past months.
