Did you miss what I said "so once you know these factors you simply place modular gas fired turbines in place" you wouldn't place a 100MW turbine in place at a cost of $52m (Conventional Gas Turbine) if you only required 10MW ($6-7M plus the Subyard) you would add to the capacity as required.
All of this could be shot to shit if there isn't enough gas flow to feed the turbine for me this is pure speculation the Mongolian project, if your getting all fidgety and can't handle the gamble go and buy shares in CBA.
You consistently come across very negative the reality is this stock is speculative and yes there are hidden factors so do your body a favour and sell them put your money to work @ 5% interest.
