The reason I made my comments is for what you stated. I also do not think that they would be successful due to the tightness of the script. IMO it would be worth a try to gain a strategic holding. I am looking at L/T investment. I am hoping gold price has bottomed.They would have a holding in a company for virtually nothing along with its assets.
It is hard not to believe they do not have a commercial resource worth what you say at current Gold Price.

Unfortunately companies do not do business this way. IMO it is stupid they don`t. There is no dilution and you have a substantial investment which you make huge profits from not only from rise in SP but from the success of the discovery and subsequent fast track to production.

If you look at the money they spend on a J/V for a few extra dollars they get to own a proportion of the company and possible control. A bigger return as well.
