    The problem with SPP’s are twofold:
    1. Risk that you won’t raise the money given depleted share price (our case)
    2. Existing shareholders will try to “lock in” a profit by selling above the raise price (3.5c, 3.5c etc… assuming that they will get filled at 3.4c.

    I just don’t see how sophs/ instos are happy to buy 44m shares off-market, but zero shares on
    -market. Mind blowing really
