So TAS shareholders get a benefit in that they are given 1 for 1, being that 450mill soon to be 500mill units of TAS will be out there still leaves about 90mill units left for Noble.
What does TAS as the company get from the transaction? I know being an investor I would be happy to get a free EDE share for each TAS I own, but as an investor, the value in TAS (assets wises) has now just plummeted 25mill (at 0.05 prices). I would be the first to exit the door along with everyone else.
