They wouldn't commit to the wheat if they didn't need it, you would expect the contract has a minimum buy, with some pricing for additional volume, but they would have a good understanding of how much they need.

I agree that it plays nicely into the Tasmanian food story and no doubt reinforces this to the industry down there and potentially small Ag businesses we may be looking to buy in the next 18 months....

I am hoping to see them make some noise around the new brand - Tasmanian Food Co - in the new year, at least an announcement or some press getting the website and its packaging in front of people!
