I agree, I think the Houdens (not management, I mean the parents and the trust of the Houden elders) are doing a cop out selling so soon before TSK hits the big time, they could make a truckload more money if they just let TSK / Plexure grow over the next few years.
That's the problem with investing in basically 'family owned' business (since the Plexure / TASK merger), especially when the family owners are at retirement age, they just lose interest and say, "hey we made a few 10's of millions", time to sell and retire rich. Us minnow investors are left with a 5x revenue buyout which is ridiculously cheap imho.
I'll be voting NO if this goes ahead, but even though I have a decent pile of shares for a retail investor, it's not going to change their mind. Bloody disappointing the journey with TSK ends here and some US company buys us out at an incredible bargain price.
