Also, looking at PAR last night, not completely without risk, significantly cash burning and also quite indebted with big converts out there. They must be desperate to close the Task acquisition given the front end cash flow.

I will hold though, I do like the free optionality, but mainly it suits me for tax reasons to be taken out rather than trade.

if you will transfer and own PAR, if you have over $50,000 you will be subject to FIF tax. Not sure you were aware of that. Tax is tax and doesn’t matter if you are a trader or not FIF tax is a certainty.
