This was ipo ed in 2021 over 1$. This company has improved tremendously in last two years except its share price has gone down. There was a clear disconnect in that sense. Why would BOD and executives agree on this deal? I am not a holder but people who bought at IPO must be feeling down for management's decision to sell at this low valuation given how the business is doing. Mgmt must be getting lots of incentives. This is total cheating.
