I could be wrong here but this feels like a desperate small cap manager / insto that was looking for some upgrade or guidance for 24, rammed the stock up in anticipation of the result didn't find what they were looking for and now are shifting it out at a rate of knots and finding the next potential upgrade story. some of these small cap managers are just gamblers they don't know the story in depth and just shoot from the hip trying to write their monthly performance reports
