the Beach comments came from quite high level, and I checked when the comments were made
their view is there has been little achieved in the scheme of things - flow rates were very poor and in their view (as I understand from what was said) - not sustainable, well took 6 months to drill, with a partner with no funds and no real expertise.
they were distracted last time and don't want to be distracted again.
they have much bigger prizes
With respect to other bloggers, - I think a lot of people are taking a giant "leap of faith" from one well that took 6 months to drill and did not flow well at all, to a 30 MW development for a local mine that is cheaper than diesel
same with GDY at present - is a nice story and the testing (so far) looks ok - but a long way from commercial development even at 20 or 30 MW (and I don't mean a long way from market - I mean from reality)
there is no kudos in this for Beach at all - they see Paralana as a distraction, with PTR offering no realistic funding and no real expertise.
I see Peter Reid is now an Executive Director of Lawson Gold - he is obviously distracted and must have his own doubts
