Ptr is back to 3cents but this time is different..
The buyer side is around 4 million shares ..it's been a long time coming but...the market seems to think Ptr is looking better...
For a stock that doesn't have many shares...this is very good.
Any annoucement at this stage will see ptr close to 10cents per share...
Very quickly...
If it can hold at near the 10cent
Mark...all the options will be converted...
