The table on page 24 about how TGR marine-produced salmon has a 50 per cent lower carbon footprint than if produced on land in Tasmania is particularly interesting considering John Andrew 'Twiggy' Forrest's statements about initiaing the latter.
One wonders what 'Twiggy' would say about that, but he's in the UK? How did he get there - on a zero carbon emissions magic carpet, or in a corporate jet or flying First Class commercially?
