agree with all of the above. I've been a holder for about 6 years now. I've seen all the ups and downs, then all of a sudden we are accepting a slightly higher offer without going out to market. whilst I'll make a small gain, I'm now tasked with finding somewhere else to deploy my money. world first problem, however I would've been more chipper if there was a mid $6 or $7 offer which would be more satisfactory to all shareholders when asking us to accept the offer.
