    IMO, eventhough he has been with the company for 15 years he doesn't give me a feeling that he is an owner-CEO type of guy compared to Huon's Benders. To me, he is more of an employee-CEO.

    This is based off his body languages and how he responded in the 4Corner's video 2 years ago.
