Im looking at the diff between the taurus funding base and rni in that ours was bridging where as this is appears direct funding so would it not be in the best interest of Taurus to pony up the funds for getting the plant back up and running!! There is already a relationship and obviously T are happy to roll over for some reason every month so is it they have made an offer to RNI to get things going but BOD are shopping for a better one before taking the last resort option of T doing the deal.
