Urgh, people are illiterate here. Having just read the scheme agreement, the 1.1x valuation is quite clear. Prior the date of implementation at the end of the year, we will be given shares in SpinCo (agreement valued at approximately $20m+ as is), AMAL are paying all stamp duty costs (not us), and we have a shit ton of options on our register which AMAL does not have. Everyone chill. This is a seriously great move. The presentation makes very clear we are seriously undervalued in comparison to other mid-tier miners and a merger will cause a big re rating to match. Long term 4-5 bags here.
