Also one last thing before another numpty comments, the agreement prevents any capital raising until the merger occurs. So this means no dilution for atleast 6-8 months for us - great news. It also means they need working capital for that period, hence the capital raisings now. Everyone should actually read the announcements and apply some critical analysis, and not jump to conclusions which are wildly inaccurate.
