    Singapore-listed Alliance Minerals buys Australian lithium company

    Singapore-listed lithium producer Alliance Minerals Assets has bought out its Australian joint venture partner Tawana Resources for $215 million.

    It's interesting why afr will term it a buyout when it's only a control transaction from my understanding.
