Pardon my ignorance,.. but post-merger, if successful, can I say the following will take place for our shares :-

1) we will have 1.1x the number of shares of our pre-merger holdings.

2) our counter, TAW in the ASX will be replaced with, say, AMA or AML or whatever other three-character short denomination. TAW will cease to exist.

3) we will be able to sell-off our shares in the ASX, OR on the SGX, but we must look for the identical three-character denomination of our holding.

4) we will be able to buy new shares in the ASX or in the SGX, again, we need to search for the identical three-character denomination.

Today,... the exchange rate between the AUD and the SGD is almost at parity, especially now. There will always be spreads wherever we trade, hence, this cannot be avoided. I'm not too concerned with forex losses or gains here.

Would appreciate confirmations of the above,...
