Yep, I agree. This is not a good deal for TAW shareholders in the short term. I would have expected TAW to trade around 60-80c over the next few months on its own merits, and build from there as it de-risked and attracted more attention. I may be wrong but I can't see it going anywhere for the next 6-12 months. I think long term it will probably be a good strategy, but they also risk fiddling while Rome burns. I expect a big pull back on Monday and some consolidation under 40c for at least 6 months.
