    WR888, my understanding is the same as those above.

    The way I've read it is that TAW shares are removed from the Asx completely and replaced with 1.1 AMAL shares that will be listed on the ASX. I doubt the TAW shares currently listed on the ASX will be replaced by amal shares on a different exchange.
